Android 4.0.5 aimed for April on Galaxy Nexus

time we had heard about the next bugfix update for Android was in early
February, where the rumor was that the update would be coming to the Galaxy
Nexus sometime in
March, but it looks like there has been a delay. Now, the new word
is that the update will be coming in April.

Ever heard of the Android x86? It’s a team project devoted to porting Android to x86 computer architecture, which pretty much
covers most PCs, like for instance Asus Eee PCs. I loaded Android x86 on my former Eee PC back when the project featured early builds of Honeycomb. Now, the project has moved on to Ice Cream Sandwich and the result looks sweet.

Dolphin Sonar: Control Your Browser With Just Your Voice
Now Dolphin takes another leap towards simplifying web browsing by adding Sonar, a voice control feature. If you ever used Google Voice Actions or Siri, you know what Sonar is all about.
The new feature in Dolphin 7.4.0 makes use of Android’s voice API. Just click the Sonar icon in the Dolphin UI, or, even simpler, shake your phone, and the Dolphin browser will start listening to you. Tell it to open Twitter.com and up pops Twitter. Fun!
